Welcome to our club! 🏸✨ Please read and follow these important reminders to keep our games organized, fun, and fair for everyone.

1. CONFIRMATION OF PLAYERS

* Please make sure your name is on the confirmed players list before attending.
* If you want to join, kindly inform the organizer first.
* Slots are limited, so please wait for confirmation before considering yourself officially booked.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

* If you can no longer attend, please inform the organizer as early as possible.
* Avoid last-minute cancellations, especially if the slot is already reserved.
* If you cancel, please allow other players on the waiting list to take your slot.

3. TIME & PUNCTUALITY

* Please arrive on time or a few minutes before the scheduled game.
* Respect the allotted playing hours.
* If you’re running late, kindly notify the organizer.

4. PAYMENT & COURT FEES

* Please settle your share of the court fee according to the organizer’s instructions.
* Confirm the payment arrangement before the game.
* Any changes to the fees or payment details will be announced in advance.

5. GAME ETIQUETTE

* Respect all players, regardless of skill level.
* Be honest with calls, scores, and game rotations.
* Keep the games friendly, competitive, and enjoyable.
* No rude behavior, unnecessary arguments, or disrespect toward other players.

6. EQUIPMENT & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

* Bring your own racket and other necessary equipment.
* Bring water, a towel, and an extra shirt if needed.
* Keep your belongings safe and maintain cleanliness at the venue.

7. RESPECT & COMMUNITY RULES

* Be friendly and welcoming to new players.
* Avoid unnecessary drama and conflicts within the club.
* Follow the organizer’s instructions regarding game rotations and court assignments.
* Let’s maintain a safe, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment for everyone.

8. ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPDATES

* Always check the GC or Reclub for updates regarding schedules, available slots, and other announcements.
* Please notify the organizer if there are any corrections to your name or attendance status.

🚨 NO-SHOW POLICY

🚫 NO CANCELLATION ON THE SAME DAY

* Once your slot is confirmed, you are responsible for your reservation.
* NO-SHOW = STILL PAY. Players who fail to show up without prior notice are still required to pay their share of the court fee.
* Last-minute cancellations may also require payment if the slot can no longer be filled by another player.
* If you can no longer attend, please inform the organizer as early as possible so your slot can be offered to someone else.
* Please be responsible when confirming your attendance. Let’s respect everyone’s time, effort, and shared expenses.
