Open Play Guidelines:

• Payment should be settled before you are confirmed to play.

• Slot transfers must be made at least 4 hours before game time to give other players enough time to prepare and claim the available slot.

• If you can’t make it, you may transfer your slot to a friend or another player. Please inform the organizers in advance so we know who will replace you.

• For the selling or transfer of slots, the meet must be full first. If there are still available slots, selling or transferring your slot is strictly prohibited.

• Cancellations and no shows are non-refundable.

By joining this open play session, you acknowledge and agree that participation is at your own risk. Any injuries, accidents, loss or liabilities incurred before, during and after the session are not the responsibility of the facility, organizers or hosts.
