Matches will be organized using PickleQ or Reclub to create balanced pairings, smooth rotations, and maximize everyone's court time.

Payments are non-refundable, but transferable.
Any slot transfer must be coordinated with the organizers.
Unpaid reservations may be released to waiting players.
