🔸 Non-Refundable & Non-Creditable: Payments are final and cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

🌧️ Bad Weather/Typhoons: Open Play will proceed unless the courts are unplayable or surrounding roads are officially impassable. Players are responsible for deciding whether it is safe to attend.

🔄 Slot Transfers Allowed: If you cannot attend, you may sell or transfer your slot. Please inform us in advance for lineup updates.
