MEN'S & WOMEN'S SINGLES OPEN PLAY RULES & REGULATIONS ADVANCED TO EXPERT

MATCH FORMAT
• Maximum of 10 players only.
• Each player is guaranteed a maximum of 3 games.
• Scoring Format: 1–6.
• At 5–5, the next game wins (First to 6).
• First Deuce = Sudden Death (

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
• Please arrive on time or earlier to maximize your playing time.
• Players arriving 1 hour late will be limited to a maximum of 2 games only.
• Players arriving 2 hours late may only be allowed to play if time permits.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
• Slots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For NEW PLAYERS, payment must be made first after being waitlisted to secure your slot.
• Failure to complete payment within the given timeframe may result in the slot being offered to the next player on the waitlist.
• If your name is listed and you fail to attend without prior notice, you are still required to pay the Open Play fee.
• STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for no-shows, cancellations, withdrawals, or missed games.

SPORTSMANSHIP
• Respect all players, coaches, and court staff.
• Observe proper court etiquette at all times.
• Any unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the Open Play and possible restriction from future events.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Match assignments and player rotations will be managed by the organizer.
• Playing time may be adjusted depending on court availability and event duration.
• Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
