📣 Payments and Slot Confirmation
1. Payment First Basis
🔺 Slots are secured only after payment
🔺 First to pay = first confirmed
2. Upload Payment
🔺Upload your proof of payment in the Reclub chat box. So i can tag your slot as PAID
🔺 If slots are full you will be placed on waitlisted, and if once opens, payment is required to secure your slot☺

📍rotate players through Pickle Q App, mix games
📍Games are played to 11 points (no slide)
📍No slot means no walk-in play.

📣Open play is affected by rain BEFORE the starting time, players have 2 options: 
🔺Credit your payment to us then use it for your next OP with us
🔺Refund your payment from us via GCASH/Bank Transfer

📣Open Play already started then it would rain 1-2 hours after. The CHECKED IN players would have CREDITS only. 
- Credits would vary depending on what time it will rain ( No show would not have credits )

Must be the one who is in the confirmed participants of the OPEN PLAY..

🔺Players choose to bank deposit their refund, there will be a 15 pesos bank charged fee.

Reserve First, Pay After

To keep things smooth for everyone, we follow a reserve first system. Once you secure a confirmed slot, payment can be settled afterward. Payment is only required once you are placed on the confirmed list. Please take note that the payment cutoff is every Wednesday at 12:00PM. Players who miss the cutoff will have their slots vacated and given to players on the waiting list.
