The Angela Village Pickleball Community (AVPC) warmly invites everyone to join our Open Play Meet! Whether you are new to pickleball or a seasoned player, this session is designed to provide a fun, friendly, and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels.

This is a great opportunity to meet fellow pickleball enthusiasts, improve your game, and enjoy quality court time with the community.

• Court Fee: ₱90 per player
• Format: Open Play Rotation

💳 Registration & Payment

To secure your slot, all participants are required to complete their payment in advance.

✅ Payment confirms and reserves your slot.
❌ No Payment = No Play.
❌ Slots will not be held without payment confirmation.

Payments will be accepted via GCash. The official GCash QR Code will be posted in the Open Play Meet group chat. Once payment has been made, kindly send your proof of payment in the group chat for verification.

Your registration will be considered confirmed only after payment has been received and verified by the organizers.

📢 Important Reminders
• There is no restroom facility available at the venue. Please plan accordingly before arriving.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled play time.
• Help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

We kindly ask all participants to:
• Respect fellow players, organizers, and spectators.
• Observe proper court rotation and playing schedules.
• Practice good sportsmanship at all times.
• Keep the playing area clean and free from litter.
• Dispose of trash properly and leave the venue in good condition.
• Be considerate of other players waiting for their turn.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable pickleball community where everyone can learn, play, and grow together.

By participating in this Open Play session, all players acknowledge and accept that pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks of injury and physical exertion. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

The Angela Village Pickleball Community (AVPC), its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage to personal property, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are encouraged to play responsibly, exercise proper judgment, and participate only within their personal physical capabilities.
