- Once payment is made, the fee is generally non-refundable, especially for last-minute cancellations.
- If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player, provided you inform the organizers beforehand.
- If the open play is cancelled by the organizers or due to circumstances beyond our control, payment will be refunded or credited to the next session.
