❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
• No refunds for cancellations
• 24-hour cancellation freeze: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• If you can't attend:
- Transfer your slot to another player and arrange payment directly
- Inform the organizer of your cancellation

Players will be added on a First Come, First Serve basis! Ensuring everyone gets an equal and transparent opportunity to play.
