📋 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT GUIDELINES
1. Pay Before Play – Full payment is required to secure a slot.
2. No Refunds – All payments are final but transferable to another eligible player with admin approval.
3. Proof of Payment – Upload your GCash receipt in the activity chat. Slots are confirmed only after payment verification.
4. First Pay, First Approved – Approval is based on verified payment and slot availability. Waitlisted players must coordinate with an admin before paying.
5. Strict 30-Player Limit – No additional players or walk-ins once all slots are filled, ensuring less waiting time and more court time.

✨ ACE PICKLEBALL | VENUE HOUSE RULES
All participants must comply with the venue's rules and regulations.
1. Proper Attire – Wear appropriate sportswear and court shoes.
2. Cleanliness – Keep the facility clean and dispose of trash properly.
3. Food & Drinks – Food and beverages are allowed only at the View Deck. Water bottles are permitted on the courts.
4. No Smoking or Vaping – Strictly prohibited within the facility.
5. Pet Policy – Small pets must be leashed or secured in carriers. Owners must clean up after them.
6. Child Supervision – Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.
7. Safety & Health – Play at your own risk and ensure you are physically fit to participate. Report any injury or health concern immediately.
8. Facility Compliance – Follow all venue rules and staff instructions. Violations may result in removal without a refund.
