It's happening! We're officially kicking things off with our FIRST-EVER PICKLE PEEPS GRAND OPENING MEET at PICKLEBALL RESERVE! 💚

Get ready for 5 HOURS OF GOOD GAMES WITH GREAT PEEPS! Whether you're here to compete, improve your skills, meet new people, or simply enjoy the game, there's a place for you on our courts!

🥒 FROM BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED PLAYERS, EVERYONE'S WELCOME! 🏓

📌 HOW TO JOIN / RESERVE YOUR SLOT
To secure your spot, please follow these steps:
1. REQUEST – Send your request to join the session.
2. PAY – Settle the session fee once instructed.
3. UPLOAD RECEIPT – Submit your proof of payment for verification and confirmation.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION POLICIES:
- Players who have not yet paid will be placed on the waitlist if all slots become FULL.
- If a confirmed player cancels, the next player on the waitlist will be offered the available slot.
- A slot is considered RESERVED and SOLD once payment has been made and confirmed.
- Please wait for confirmation before sending payment, especially when the session is nearly full.

⏰ TIME: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📍 VENUE: Pickleball Reserve
🏓 COURTS: 5 Courts (Courts 1–5)
⏳ DURATION: 5 HOURS OF OPEN PLAY

❗ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable session for everyone, please observe the following:
1. Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in.
2. Bring your own paddle and other personal sports essentials.
3. Don't forget to STRETCH AND WARM UP before playing. Safety first!
4. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, a paid slot may be transferred to another player upon mutual agreement and coordination with the organizer.
5. Cash payments are accepted, but please coordinate with the organizer beforehand to reserve your slot.
6. Once a slot has been confirmed and reserved, payment remains due regardless of whether the player shows up or not (NO-SHOW POLICY).

⚠️ PARTICIPATION, SAFETY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By participating in this event, all players acknowledge and understand that pickleball is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, accidents, loss or theft of personal belongings, and damage to personal property.

Participation is entirely voluntary. All players are responsible for assessing their own physical condition, knowing their personal limitations, exercising reasonable caution, following safety guidelines, and taking proper care of their personal belongings.

By joining this event, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation and agree not to hold Pickle Peeps, its organizers, representatives, or Pickleball Reserve and its management, staff, or representatives responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, loss or theft of personal belongings, or damage to personal property arising from or occurring during the event, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during the event should be promptly reported to the Pickle Peeps organizer and/or Pickleball Reserve management for proper documentation and appropriate assistance.

🏆 OPEN DOUBLES CHALLENGER COURT FORMAT
We will have TWO CHALLENGER DIVISIONS:
🥒 BEGINNER–INTERMEDIATE DIVISION
⚡ ADVANCED DIVISION
Each division will follow a Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Finals format.
1. QUARTERFINALS 💥
GAME FORMAT:
- All matches are played RACE TO 7 POINTS.
- A pair must win THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE GAMES to qualify for the Semifinals.
- Only FOUR (4) pairs can qualify for the Semifinals.
- DEUCE IS NOT ALLOWED.
SERVICE & COURT SIDE:
- For the first game of each matchup, Rock-Paper-Scissors (RPS) or a coin toss will determine the choice of service or court side.
- Players must switch court sides after every game.
- For every succeeding challenger match after the first game, the incoming challengers will serve first.
⏰ SCHEDULE:
- Quarterfinals are expected to begin between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
- 10:00 PM IS THE QUARTERFINALS CUTOFF.
- At 10:00 PM, the Quarterfinals will officially end, and the Semifinals will begin immediately.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION RULE:
If only THREE (3) pairs have qualified by 10:00 PM:
- The FIRST pair to qualify automatically advances to the Finals.
- The SECOND and THIRD pairs will compete for the remaining Finals spot.

2. SEMIFINALS 💥
GAME FORMAT:
- All matches are played RACE TO 11 POINTS.
- DEUCE IS NOT ALLOWED.
IF THREE (3) PAIRS QUALIFY:
- The FIRST pair to qualify automatically advances to the Finals.
- The SECOND and THIRD pairs will compete for the remaining Finals spot.
- The winning pair will advance to the Finals to face the first qualifying pair.
IF FOUR (4) PAIRS QUALIFY:
- The FIRST pair to qualify will face the FOURTH pair.
- The SECOND pair to qualify will face the THIRD pair.
- The first matchup (1st vs. 4th) will be played first, followed by the second matchup (2nd vs. 3rd).
- The first qualifying pair has the advantage of playing the first Semifinal match.
SERVICE & COURT SIDE:
- RPS or a coin toss will determine the choice of service or court side for the first game of each matchup.
🏅 The winning pair or pairs, depending on the qualification format, will advance to the Finals!

3. FINALS — CHAMPIONSHIP 🏆
This is where our Challenger Court Champions will be crowned!
GAME FORMAT:
- The championship match is played RACE TO 15 POINTS.
- DEUCE IS ALLOWED, with a maximum score of 21 points.
- Once the score reaches 15–15, play continues until one pair leads by TWO (2) points or reaches the 21-point cap.
- At 21 points, the first pair to reach 21 wins, regardless of the point difference.
- Players must switch court sides when the first pair reaches 7 points.
- RPS or a coin toss will determine the choice of service or court side.

📣 IMPORTANT GAME RULES & COURT ETIQUETTE
To maintain fair play, sportsmanship, and a positive playing environment, everyone is expected to observe the following:
CALLS & SCORING
- Respect the receivers' calls when it comes to scoring and line calls.
- Spectators must NOT interfere with or intervene in scoring and line calls.
- In case of a score disagreement, a RE-SERVICE will take place.
- During the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals, all calls—including IN/OUT calls and foot faults—are the players' responsibility (receivers' call).

SPORTSMANSHIP
- Yelling and cussing are discouraged.
- Cheers, encouragement, and positive support are always welcome, provided they do not disrupt gameplay.
- Always start with RPS or a coin toss to determine the choice of service or court side.

TIMEOUTS
- During the Semifinals and Finals, each pair is allowed ONE (1) timeout per match.
- Each timeout has a maximum duration of ONE (1) MINUTE.

COACHES & ORGANIZER
- Coaches are welcome to participate in the Open Doubles Challenger Court.
- However, pairing TWO (2) coaches together is NOT allowed. Each coach must be paired with a non-coach player.
- The organizer is also allowed to participate.
