🏸 Game Joining Mechanics
1️⃣ Click Request to Join on desired game schedule.
2️⃣ Please wait until your name is moved to the Waitlist before paying.
3️⃣ Once moved from Requested to Waitlisted, payment must be made immediately to secure and confirm slot. Proceed to Payment by sending game fee to GCash (09178703006 Amabella P.) and upload proof of payment on the Payment tab > using Upload Receipt button.
4️⃣ Wait for receipt confirmation and check if your name is moved to the Confirmed list before heading to the courts.
5️⃣ If you have companions who also want to play, ask them to join via Reclub. If they don't have Reclub yet, you may Request them as your +1.
6️⃣ Once your +1 is moved from Requested to Waitlisted, payment must be made immediately to secure and confirm slot. Proceed to Payment by sending game fee to GCash (09178703006 Amabella P.) and upload proof of payment on the Payment tab > using Upload Receipt button. Players who added +1's will be responsible for uploading the payment receipt of their +1's.
7️⃣ Wait for receipt confirmation and check if your +1's name is moved to the Confirmed list before heading to the courts.

📝 Waitlist Policy:
• If Confirmed list is full and you still wish to join, send a Request to Join. Once moved from Requested to Waitlisted, payment must be made immediately to secure and confirm slot.
• Send Payment to GCash (09178703006 Amabella P.) and upload proof of payment on the Payment tab > using Upload Receipt button.
• Wait for receipt confirmation and check if your name is moved to the Confirmed list before heading to the courts.
• If your name is not moved to the Confirmed list by 5PM on the game day, your game fee payment will be issued a refund.

📋 REMINDERS
✅️ Inform Hosts of your playing level (Beginner/Intermediate/Upper Intermediate/Advanced) upon Requesting to Join
✅ Approach the Queue Master and register your nickname/Reclub name upon arrival for the digital queue
✅️ Once your name is called for the queue, approach the Queue Master to get the shuttlecock for the set
✅️ After your set, return the used shuttlecocks to the Queue Master
✅ Be patient with rotations — everyone gets a turn
✅ Request matchups politely and respectfully
✅ Most important: play fair and have fun 🐧

Let’s keep the courts safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone.
1️⃣ Play Smart & In Style
• Wear proper sports attire and non-marking shoes.
• Please maintain a smoke-free facility (smoking and vaping allowed outside only).
2️⃣ Respect the Game & the Community
• Respect fellow players and queue masters.
• Wait for ongoing games to finish before entering courts.
• Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Keep sidelines clear for safety.
• Scorers and waiting players should stay off the court.
3️⃣ Take Care of the Courts
• Help us keep the courts clean and damage-free.
• No food, drinks, or gum on the courts.
• Report any issues or concerns to queue masters immediately.
4️⃣ Play Safe
• Play at your own pace and comfort level.
• AdhoQueue and Winner Badminton Court is not liable for injuries or lost items.
• Feeling tired or unwell? Take a break — your body comes first.

❌️ CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before game schedule (cancellation freeze will take effect).
• Game fee payments for cancellations acknowledged 12 hours or earlier prior to the game schedule will be issued a refund.
• Game fee payments for cancellations acknowledged within 12 hours prior to the game schedule are non-refundable.
• Confirmed but No Show players will not be refunded the game fee.
