How to join:
Click “Request to Join” on Reclub
Wait for the host to put you on waitlist
Once waitlisted, pay via GCash (QR Code will be sent by the host through chat)
Upload you payment receipt on the chat of the scheduled Open Play
Confirmation of attendance

0️⃣-0️⃣-2️⃣ SCORING, STACKING, AND HOUSE RULES:

Game format
Games are played to 11 points.
Deuce is allowed.

Paddle Queue System.
Place paddles in the designated paddle queue.
Next players in line must respect the queue order
No reserving sports for friends who aren’t present or ready yet.

Court Etiquette
Wait until the current rally ends before entering the court.
Call out “BALL!” if a stray ball enters another court.
Be mindful of hitting the ball only in your court to avoid stray balls.

GIMACA House Rules.

NOT ALLOWED:

🚫Littering and damaging any court equipment or facility
🚫Improper court attire & non-court shoes
🚫Alcohol, illegal substances, or playing under the influence
🚫Smoking and vaping inside the courts (designated areas only)
🚫Violating parking rules or blocking other vehicles
🚫Disrupting, disrespectful, and abusive behavior to all staff and players.
🚫Cutting the paddle queue or taking another player’s spot
🚫Hogging courts when other players are waiting

Report incidents immediately to staff.

REMINDERS:
✅Respect all players, staff, and facility rules.
✅Observe proper court etiquette and safety at all times.
✅Keep the courts clean and your belongings in designated areas.
✅Follow the open-play rotation and paddle queue system.
✅Management reserve the right to address violations and ask offeners to leave the premises when necessary.

❌ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made atleast 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations and no-shows may be considered non-refundable. Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and are subject to slot availability and organizer approval. Slots are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer. Same-day rescheduling is not allowed, except in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject for approval.

⚠️ Weather & Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
If open play is cancelled by the organizer due to bad weather, court closure, or other unforeseen circumstances, affected players may be offered a rescheduled session.

📸 Media Notice

Photos and videos may be taken during open play for documentation and promotional purposes, including social media postings. Players who do not wish to be photographed or recorded may inform the organizer before the session. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

📝 Waiver & Liability Notice

By participating in pickleball open play, all players acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injuries, falls, and accidental collisions. Players agree to participate voluntarily, take responsibility for their own safety, and follow all court rules and safety instructions. The facility and its staff shall not be held responsible for personal injuries, lost or damaged belongings, or incidents arising from inherent risks of play, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Players are responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to exercise proper care and sportsmanship at all times. By joining the session, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
