OPEN PLAY DETAILS & TERMS

1. Court & Players
* 1 pickleball court will be reserved for the session.
* Maximum of 24 players.
* Open play format: players are expected to rotate and share court time fairly.

2. Registration & Waitlist
* Kindly click “Request” to join the open play.
* Do NOT pay immediately.
* Once the session reaches the available player slots, you may be placed on the waitlist.
* Only after you are waitlisted may you send your payment.
* Payment does not automatically guarantee your slot. Please wait for confirmation from the organizer.

3. Payment
* ₱100 per player

* Please send your payment screenshot/proof after paying.

4. Rain / Cancellation Policy 🌧️
* If the session is cancelled due to rain or unsafe court conditions, players will be entitled to a refund.
* The rain cancellation freeze time is 2 hours before the scheduled meet.
* If the session is not cancelled by the 2-hour freeze time, regular cancellation/no-show rules apply.
* Personal cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable, unless the session itself is officially cancelled.

5. Parking 🚗
* Parking is available at the venue.
* The parking area is spacious, so players may bring their vehicles comfortably.

6. Player Responsibility
* Please arrive on time and be ready to play.
* Bring your own paddle, water, and other personal necessities.
* Paddle rental is available at Pamana at Php50 per person for the whole duration of the OP game
* Players are expected to observe proper court etiquette, rotate fairly, and respect fellow players and the venue.
* By joining, players agree to follow the organizer’s rules and any venue rules of Pamana Pickleball Grounds.
