Member Priority (35Slots): The first 35 registration slots remain strictly reserved for active PKLD members.

Open Registration (15 Slots): The remaining 15 slots will become available to both members and non-members once the initial 35 member slots are filled, or after the designated member registration cut-off time. whichever comes first.

📌 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

* PKLD. Exclusive Members are prioritized and will be placed under WAITLISTED once they request a slot.
* Non-members will remain under REQUESTED and will be moved to WAITLISTED after the priority booking deadline (see payment schedules below).

2️⃣ WAITLISTED

* Players on WAITLIST may now proceed with payment to secure their slot.

* 📸 Please upload a screenshot showing your name and the open play date in the Payment Tab for verification.

3️⃣ CONFIRMED

* Once your payment is verified, you will be confirmed to play.

🔁 REFUND POLICY

* Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund.
* Late Cancellations & Bookings: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event—as well as payments submitted within this timeframe—are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your slot to another person.
* Organizer Cancellations: If the organizers must cancel the event, all participants will receive a full refund.

🎾 OPEN PLAY FORMAT
* Skill-based / Auto-balanced
* Race to 11 (sudden death) — first team to reach 11 points wins, no deuce
* No pre-game drills — please enter the court ready to play to maximize game time

🎾 CHALLENGE COURT FORMAT
• Next 3 Hours – OPEN PLAY (Skill Based/Auto Balanced) & CHALLENGE COURT
• Win 3 straight games = advance to Semis
• Top 4 teams advance to Semis
• Winners advance to Finals
Scoring:
• Qualifying First to 7 points, sudden death at 6–6
• Semis/Finals - First to 11 points, sudden death at 10 - 10
Note:
• Challenge Court slots are not guaranteed for everyone.
• Only 4 pairs are needed to complete the Semis bracket. Once 4 pairs have qualified, the Semis will immediately begin.
• Players still in queue may no longer get a chance to play in the Challenge Court once the bracket is complete.
