📅 Schedule

Monday to Friday: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Additional sessions may open depending on court availability. Please check Reclub regularly for updates.

Sessions may be cancelled if at least 70% of the slots are not filled. In this case, you may transfer your slot to another Open Play schedule or opt for a refund.

✅ How to Join
1. Click “Request to Join” on Reclub.
2. Pay ₱150 via GCash to:

3. Upload your payment receipt under the “Upload Payment Receipt” tab on Reclub, or send it via DM in the same tab.

⚠️ Your slot is confirmed only after payment has been verified.

❌ Cancellations
• Cancellations made within 6 hours before the scheduled Open Play are not eligible for refund or rebooking.
• Refunds or rebooking may be honored if requested earlier than 6 hours before the schedule.
• Rebooking must be claimed within 7 days.

🏓 Play Rules
• We use Auto Tara, a system where we manage fair rotations to ensure balanced and organized gameplay. You can also see your level and estimated waiting time.
• 🟢 Green – Beginner
• 🟡 Yellow – Novice to Low Intermediate
• 🔴 Red – High Intermediate to Advanced
• Levels are defined by your DUPR rating and/or your self-rating on Reclub.

🔹 All Levels Open Play
• Beginners will be matched with beginners to low intermediate players.
• Low intermediate players may be matched with beginners up to high intermediate players.
• High intermediate players may be matched with low intermediate to advanced players.

🔹 Intermediate Open Play
• Players with 3.0 and above DUPR rating are eligible.
• Since this is Intermediate OP, you will most likely rotate and play with different players within the group.

• Respect everyone — on and off the court.
• Please observe cleanliness in the court, waiting area, and comfort room.
