🕙 Open Play : 6:00PM - 10:00PM
💰 Open Play Fee: ₱350 per player

• FAST Rotation
• Automated stacking

We have 4 courts dedicated for this session in Warehouse B.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

To secure a confirmed OPEN Play slot, payment of ₱350 per player must be made through our designated bank accounts:

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
• All players will be approved initially but will be moved to the WAITLIST once slots are nearly full.
• Players on the WAITLIST may still send payments and may be confirmed if slots are still open.
• Please DO NOT send payment if the Open Play schedule is already full.
• Kindly upload the receipts in the payment tab.
• Strictly NO cash payments.


CANCELLATION:

• NON REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE and are entitled to one (1) reschedule credit once cancellation is made 12 hours before the scheduled meet.

• Rescheduled Open Play credits must be used within 15 days from the original booking date.

PARKING:

🚗 Parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

• LIMITED 10–15 parking slots ONLY are currently available inside the warehouse compound.
If ever you come by group we suggest to take grab or carpooling instead, to PREVENT parking problems.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

SPORTSMANSHIP: Participants are expected to maintain integrity with honest line calls and disciplined conduct.

ETIQUETTE: Please observe proper court decorum.

NO SMOKING AND VAPING INSIDE THE COURT PREMISES !!!

WAIVER:

By joining this event, players understand and acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and agree that THE ARDENT PICKLEBALL CLUB, its organizers, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during play. Participation is at the participant's own risk.

Participants consent to being photographed and or recorded. All photos and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
