•Once all slots are taken, additional players will be placed on a waitlist. Please wait until a slot has opened up before sending your payments if full.


📌 House Rules

❌ No-Show Policy
•Reserved slots are non-refundable for no-shows.
•Players with unpaid balances must settle them before joining future events.

❌ Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations should be made at least 6 hours before the session starts.
•If cancelling within 6 of the event, you must provide a replacement player or remain responsible for the fee.

🙌 Personal Responsibility
•Players are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.
•Organizers and venue management will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
