CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY ❗️‼️

We will NO ❌ longer issue refunds or allow re scheduling if you fail to cancel beyond the freeze time (12 hours before the open play)

If you are already on the confirmed list but can no longer attend the open play, please make sure to click “Can’t Go” option before the 12 hour freeze time TO GET A REFUND.

NEWBIES or players who are just starting to learn the game may only join during WEDNESDAY OPEN PLAYS.

For everyone’s safety, PLEASE WEAR PROPER COURT SHOES (pickleball, tennis, basketball, or volleyball). RUNNING SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED
