💳 PAYMENT GUIDELINES

To keep the registration process smooth and fair, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Request to Join through ReClub
• After requesting, you will automatically be placed on the WAITLIST (FOR PAYMENT).

2️⃣ Waitlisted Players (For Payment)
• Payment must be completed to secure your slot.
• Slots will only be reserved once payment has been received and verified.

3️⃣ Payment Guidelines

• After sending your payment, please upload your Proof of Payment through the CHAT TAB on ReClub for verification.

4️⃣ Confirmation of Slot
• Once your payment has been verified, you will be moved from the WAITLIST to the CONFIRMED LIST.
• Only players on the confirmed list are guaranteed a slot.

📌 FIRST-TO-PAY, FIRST-CONFIRMED BASIS
• Slots are given based on the order of completed payments.
• Players who complete payment first will be prioritized.

⚠️ REMINDERS! ⚠️
• Please be on time! Late arrival does not mean a reduced payment. You will still be charged for your reserved time.
• If you are unable to attend, you may sell your slot to another player.
• NO SHOW, NO REFUND.
• For any concerns or payment confirmation, please use the ReClub Chat Tab only. Please do not send DMs, as they will not be acknowledged.

🏓 GAME RULES

• Games will be played as Doubles.
• Each match is Best of 11 points.
• Match point is allowed once a team reaches the winning point.
• Please keep games moving and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Before the game starts, players are allowed 5 dinking warm-up shots only.

🤝 OPEN PLAY ETIQUETTE

• Be respectful and considerate, especially toward beginners. More experienced players are encouraged to be patient, supportive, and welcoming to those who are still learning. 🫶

• Be respectful and sportsmanlike at all times.
