Tuesday Open Play

🏡 First 20 slots are reserved for Barangay Lagundi residents, while remaining slots are open to non-residents on a first-come, first-served basis.

💰 We implement a payment-first policy. Kindly send your payment via GCash to 09760863753 (LE****D A.) and send us a copy of your proof of payment. Your slot will only be reserved and confirmed once payment is received.

🎟️ The Open Play fee includes access to our pickleball courts, facilitated game rotations and queueing, available paddles for use (to be returned to organizers after your game), drinking water, and light snacks.

🚷 Walk-ins are not allowed. Only registered and confirmed participants will be accommodated.

📝 Upon arrival, players must check-in immediately at the designated area. Additionally, they are expected to inform the organizers before leaving the premises.

⏰️ Court assignments, game rotations, and queueing will be facilitated through PickleQ to balance playtime. As this is an Open Play, waiting time between games is expected. We kindly ask for your patience as we strive to provide everyone with equal playing opportunities.

🎯 Games follow a sudden-death format (up to 11, no deuces) to keep rotations moving smoothly.

🚫 All confirmed payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us immediately. You may transfer your slot to another player, provided you inform the organizers prior to the event.

🌧️ The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the session due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, confirmed payments will automatically be credited and can be used at any of our upcoming Open Play sessions.

ℹ️ By joining this Open Play, participants agree to play at their own risk and release the Lagundi Pickleball Group, its organizers, and venue administrators from liability for any injury, accident, or lost belongings during the event.

Thank you for your cooperation and support! As a growing pickleball community, the Lagundi Pickleball Group is committed to making every Open Play organized, fair, and enjoyable. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve and grow together. 💙
