Unpaid reservations will NOT be included in the confirmed players list.

2️⃣. SLOTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Once payment has been made and your slot is confirmed, it is non-refundable.

3️⃣. SELL OR TRANSFER YOUR SLOT
If you can no longer play, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player.
Please coordinate with the organizers and inform us of any changes.

4️⃣. RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is allowed only if the Open Play is officially cancelled.
