WELCOME TO PICKLE NOMADS! 🧭

Before joining an Open Play, please read our guidelines below to help keep things smooth, fair, and fun for everyone.

1. REQUESTING A SLOT

• Register for your preferred Open Play.
• If your status shows Request, do not send payment yet. Your slot is not confirmed.
• If the Open Play is full, message an admin to be added to the waitlist.

2. WAITLIST

• When a slot opens, players on the waitlist will be notified.
• Once notified, payment must be made immediately to secure the slot.
• If payment is not received, the slot may be offered to the next player on the waitlist.

3. PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION

• GCash payments only.
• Your slot is confirmed only after payment.
• Confirmed = Paid.
• Upload your payment receipt under the Payment tab.
• Paying for multiple Open Plays? Please indicate all scheduled dates on your receipt.
• Paying for a plus-one? Please send the proof of payment directly to an admin and clearly indicate who the payment is for.
• If you are paying for both yourself and a plus-one, please indicate both names in your message to the admin.

4. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Organizer Cancellation
Pickle Nomads may cancel or reschedule an Open Play up to 2 days before the scheduled date. If the cancellation is initiated by the organizer, all confirmed payments will be fully refunded.

Player Cancellation
• All player payments are non-refundable.
• Your slot may be transferred to another player, subject to organizer approval.
• Player cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled Open Play.
• No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.

5. COURT REMINDERS 🏓

• One ball will be provided per court. Please leave it on the court after your game for the next players.
• We recommend bringing your own ball in case the provided ball becomes cracked or unusable.
