Every game will have a different mixed-gender pair, with one male and one female player per team. Partners will change every game, giving everyone a chance to play with different teammates throughout the session!

🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

• Confirmed players only. No walk-ins unless admins approve a replacement for a vacant slot.
• Picklerlobby system will be implemented for fair rotation.
• Be ready when called and rotate promptly after each game.

🎯 GAME FORMAT

• Games to 11 points.
• Sudden death at 10–10.
• Maximum of 15 minutes per game, including warm-up dinks.
• During the last hour, no warm-up dinks. Proceed directly into your game.

⏰ CANCELLATION POLICY

• Freeze time is "4 HOURS" before the game. All cancellations and changes must be made before this cutoff.
• Cancellation BEFORE freeze time: If you have already paid but your plans change, you may cancel your slot and receive a FULL REFUND, provided you cancel at least 4 hours before the game.
• Cancellation AFTER freeze time, dropping out, or no-show: Your payment will be subject to a ₱75.00 cancellation fee, which will be DEDUCTED from your payment. The remaining balance will be REFUNDED.
• With a replacement player: If you find someone to take your slot, the cancellation fee will be waived.
