🏓 DOUBLES LADDER FORMAT & RULES

Welcome to our 3 levels (Autumn - Winter - Spring) Ladder Format Open Play!

Please read the following guidelines so everyone understands how the queue and ladder progression work.

Top 2 players will be given a reward.

1. 🎾 Match Format

* All games are doubles (2 vs. 2).
* Partners rotate each round to encourage everyone to play with different people.
* Players progress individually based on their match results; your ladder level is not tied to a permanent partner.
* First team to score 11 points wins.

2. 🏆 Three-Level Ladder System

Everyone starts at Level 3 at the beginning of the session. Your level changes based on your individual match results.

🥉 Autumn 🍁

* Win: Move up to Level 2.
* Lose: Stay at Level 3.

🥈 Winter ❄️

* Win: Move up to Level 1.
* Lose: Move back to Level 3.

🥇 Spring 🌸

* Win: Stay at Level 1.
* Lose: Move down to Level 2.

3. 🔄
* Players who join late also start at Level 3.
* After every match, each player moves up or down individually according to the result.

4. 👥 Match Queue & Pairing

* Players are grouped by their current ladder level first.
* The system prioritizes matching players at the same level.
* Partners rotate whenever possible to avoid repeating the same partnership.
* Four available players are needed to form one doubles match.
* Players who cannot be grouped into a complete match will wait for the next available round.

5. 📋 Check-In & Court Management

* Please check in before joining the queue.
* Players must be available before being assigned to a match.
* Late arrivals may check in during the session and join the Level 3 queue.
* Please report your match result to the organizer promptly so the ladder standings can be updated.

6. 🤝 Fair Play

* Be respectful to all players and organizers.
* Follow the assigned court and match queue.
* Avoid skipping your turn or changing match assignments without the organizer’s approval.
* Rotate partners fairly and keep the games friendly and competitive.
