Alliance Open Play is back at Dinklab, Metavco, Toril on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
Matches are skill-based, so please indicate your skill level during check-in so we can group players accordingly for competitive and enjoyable games.

Important: Lock-in partners are allowed, but lock-in players are not eligible for the Top 1, Top 2, or Top 3 rankings and prizes.

📌 GUIDELINES & PAYMENT POLICY

• Send your proof of payment in the event chat only.
• STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS. Cashless payments only.
• Slots are FIRST PAID, FIRST SECURED.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, but slots are TRANSFERABLE unless the event is cancelled.
• Please inform the organizers before transferring your slot.
• Please do not pay while you are still on the requested list. Wait for the admins to update your status before sending payment for confirmation.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Please avoid sending private messages. Send all questions or concerns in the event group chat so organizers can respond promptly.

🎾 BEFORE THE GAME

• Please CHECK IN with the event organizer.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before the game starts.

🏁 MATCH FORMAT

• Match rotations will be automatically managed through PickleQ.app.
• The first team to reach 11 points wins the match.
• If the score is tied at 10–10, the next point wins — sudden death at 11.
• Lock-ins are allowed, but please inform the organizers ahead of time or at least 5 minutes before the game starts.
• Lock-in players may play normally but are not eligible for the Top 1, Top 2, or Top 3 rankings and prizes.
• Encourage and support newer players.
• Make fair and honest line calls and always practice good sportsmanship.
• CHEER, NO JEER! Support your fellow players, keep the energy positive, and promote sportsmanship on and off the court.
• Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the games!

• The club and organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event. You are responsible for your own belongings.
