🔄 GAME & QUEUE SYSTEM

🥒 Balanced Rotation
Players will be mixed and rotated to help provide fair and balanced playing time for everyone.

📱 Kitchen Crew’s own queuing app will be used to manage player rotations and court assignments.

First to 11 wins — no win-by-2.

1️⃣ Request to join the event.
2️⃣ Wait until you are WAITLISTED before sending payment.
3️⃣ Send your ₱100 payment via GCash.
4️⃣ Upload your payment receipt in the Payment section of Reclub.
5️⃣ Once payment is verified, your slot is officially secured. ✅

✅ Limited to 20 players only.
✅ Slots are on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
✅ Registration is confirmed only after verified payment.
✅ Payments are non-refundable.
✅ You may transfer your slot to another player if you can no longer attend. Please inform the host beforehand.
✅ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event starts.
✅ Bring your own paddle.
✅ Wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
✅ Observe proper court etiquette and good sportsmanship.
✅ Respect your partners and opponents regardless of skill level.
