🏓 CAUSA ALUMNI PICKLEBALL GUIDELINES

PLAYER CAPACITY & ATTENDANCE

- A maximum of 24 players will be accommodated per session.
- Players must be present by 8:00 PM to secure their reserved slot.
- Reserved slots of players who are not present by 8:00 PM may be forfeited.
- Any available slots will be offered to walk-in or waitlisted players on a first-come, first-served basis.

GAME FORMAT

- Games are played up to 11 points.
- No Deuce / Sudden Death: The first player/team to reach 11 points wins.

WINNERS, LOSERS & QUEUE SYSTEM

After each match:

- 🏆 Winners – Place your paddle in the Winners Area. Winners will be paired with other available winners.
- Losers – Place your paddle in the Losers Area. Losers will be paired with other available players in the Losers Area.
- ⏳ Queue – Players who prefer to wait or wish to play with a specific friend may place their paddle in the Queue Area.

PAYMENT POLICY

- No Pay, No Play.
- Payment must be completed before participating in the games.
- GCash payments are accepted. Please present your official payment receipt to the designated payment collector for verification.

FUND ALLOCATION

Please be advised that all funds raised from this activity will be allocated toward defraying the expenses for the upcoming Alumni Gathering.
