IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR SLOTS, PLEASE LET US ORGANIZERS KNOW BECAUSE BUYERS ARE SENDING THEIR MESSAGES DIRECTLY TO US. IF WE DON'T HAVE ANY BUYERS AVAILABLE, WE WILL POST YOUR MESSAGE IN THE RECLUB GROUP CHAT.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ORGANIZERS NEED TO BE INVOLVED SO WE AREN'T CAUGHT OFF GUARD WHEN UNEXPECTED PEOPLE JUST SHOW UP AT THE COURT. THIS WILL ALSO PREVENT SITUATIONS WHERE WE ARE ALREADY TALKING TO A BUYER, ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU'VE SOLD YOUR SLOT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THIS IS TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION OR CONFLICT. THANK YOU.

1. Payment Method

* Payment is GCash only. No other payment methods will be accepted.

* Please upload the receipt under the Payment tab. If you are paying for two or more scheduled open plays (OP), PLEASE include the specific dates. For example, if you paid for three days of OP, kindly list all three dates on the receipt.

* For plus-one payments, please upload the receipt with both players’ names clearly indicated. However, if you have already paid and uploaded your receipt and wish to add a follow-up plus-one later, PLEASE send the receipt directly to the admins instead of uploading it again, as doing so will overwrite your first upload.


2. Confirmation of Slot

* A slot is only confirmed once payment is made. If you are still on the "Request" list, please do NOT pay yet.

* Confirmed = Paid.


3. Waitlist Policy

* Requests for slots must not be paid until you are moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.

* Players on the waitlist must pay to confirm their slot once notified. Unpaid waitlist slots will not be held.

* If the slot is already full, please do NOT send payment. Instead, message us privately so we can add you to our waitlist.


4. Request Policy

* Requests for slots must not be paid until you are moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.


5. Refund & Transfer Policy

* All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

* Payments are TRANSFERABLE to another player (subject to organizer approval).


6. Cancellation Policy

* No cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of your scheduled play time.

* Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of payment.


7. General

* By joining the open play, players agree to all terms and conditions stated above.

* Note: Balls are provided for open play. Kindly leave the ball on the court after each game for the next set of players.

8. Stacking Policy

* Double stacking is not allowed.



> IMPORTANT: Balls are provided (one per court), but please bring your own just in case. If the provided ball is cracked, you’ll need to use your own.
