• No medical team will be on-site in case of injuries. Please play responsibly.

• Any excess fees collected from our games goes straight to fresh balls, tips and future activities of the club.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To keep our games organized and ensure everyone gets a fair playing experience, we’d like to remind everyone of the following:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the open play will no longer be eligible for a refund, unless the player is able to find a substitute to take their slot.

• If you have already paid but can no longer attend, please inform the organizer as soon as possible. This is important so we can make the necessary adjustments to the lineup and avoid disruptions or delays during the games.

We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we truly appreciate everyone’s consideration and cooperation. Since our open plays have a fixed number of slots, last-minute cancellations can affect the entire group and the flow of the games.

Thank you for helping us keep our open plays smooth, fair, and enjoyable for everyone!☺️
