⏳ How long can I play?
Each Open Play session includes up to 5 hours of playtime within the scheduled session.

🏟️ How many courts are available?
We have 4 courts available, with courts allocated based on the number of confirmed players:

1–10 confirmed players → 1 Court

Please confirm your slot through Reclub so we can properly allocate courts and organize games smoothly.

📲 How do I sign up?
1. Request to join the meet through Reclub.
2. Send your payment and upload your proof of payment.
3. Your request will be confirmed once payment has been verified.
NOTE: Payment must be completed at least 6 hours before the scheduled session. Unpaid requests may not be confirmed and may be offered to waitlisted players.

❌ Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations and rescheduling are strictly prohibited once your slot has been booked. Your slot is reserved specifically for you, and we may turn away other players to accommodate the confirmed booking.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform us of any transfer or changes so we can update the booking details accordingly.

⚠️ PAY-BEFORE-PLAY POLICY
To keep our Open Play sessions organized and running smoothly, all players must settle their payment before the session.

⚠️ SLOT TRANSFER POLICY
Once a player has started their Open Play session, the slot can no longer be transferred to another player.
