👥 For +1s / guests, we highly encourage sending payment in a single transaction

📝 Please indicate the name of your +1 / guest when making payment

💵 If you’ll be paying in cash, kindly inform us ahead of time

⏰ Reschedule requests must be made at least 12 hours before the session

NOTE: Cancellation freeze is 24 hours before Open Play. Once your slot is paid and frozen, it is non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you may offer your slot to another player — kindly coordinate directly with them.

🏓 Each court will be provided with 1 ball. Please have an extra ball ready in case the provided one becomes unusable
