Welcome to Week N’ Dink! 💚 Whether you're here to improve your skills, enjoy friendly competition, or simply have fun on the court, we're happy to have you play with us!

🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

• Please arrive on time and be ready to play.
• Be respectful, supportive, and sportsmanlike toward all players.
• Games will follow a rotation system to give everyone a fair chance to play.
• Bring your own paddle and tumbler. Water will be provided.
• Please confirm your attendance before joining.
• Most importantly, bring your good vibes and enjoy the games!

🌧️ WEATHER & RAIN POLICY

Since we play on an outdoor court, the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. Here's our policy if rain affects our session:

• Rain before Open Play starts: Choose between a refund or carrying over your payment to our next scheduled Open Play.
• Rain interrupts play after 1–3 games: 50% refund.
• Rain interrupts play after 4 or more games: No refund.

Player safety comes first. Weather-related decisions will depend on the court conditions and safety of everyone playing.

⚠️ SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Pickleball is fun, but it is also a physical sport. Let's look out for ourselves and one another.

• Please make sure you are fit to participate. If you have any existing medical conditions or health concerns, take the necessary precautions before playing.
• By joining, you acknowledge the physical risks involved and agree to take responsibility for your own health and safety. To the extent permitted by law, participants release the organizers from liability for injuries or health-related incidents arising from participation.
• Warm up properly, stay hydrated, play within your limits, and inform the organizers if you feel unwell or need assistance.

Please keep your belongings safe and secure. Week N’ Dink and its organizers are not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal items.
