1. Submit a request to join and wait to be waitlisted.
2. Once waitlisted, confirm your slot by paying the open play fee through our GCash or BPI.

3. Upload your receipt via “Payment” tab or share the receipt through our chat. Include names of players if applicable.
4. Once confirmed, see you in the court!


✅ Open Play fee is ₱250 per player.

✅ Do not send your payment if the Open Play schedule is already full as payments are non-refundable but may be credited to another Open Play schedule, subject to availability.

✅ Cash payments are not allowed.


➡️ CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS ⬅️


✅ Last-minute cancellations, regardless of any reason, are not eligible for a refund.

✅ Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play are not refundable but are entitled to one (1) reschedule credit.

✅ Reschedule credits must be used within fifteen (15) days from the original booking date. After fifteen (15) days, the reschedule credit will be invalid.

❗️We have paddles for rent priced at ₱100.

❗️ Race to 11. No deuces. Change court at 6.

❗️ Games/Scores will be recorded via Reclub.

❗️Stretch, hydrate, wear proper gear and keep your valuables safe.

❗️Be friendly and play with honesty, dignity and great sportsmanship.

❗️Use decent language.

❗️Maintain cleanliness by disposing your trash properly.

By registering to this event, I voluntarily participate and assume all related risks.

I hereby release Paddle Squad including its owners, staff, organizers and court partners from any liability for injury, accident, property loss/damages arising from participation in the event. I confirm that I am physically fit to play and allow the use of photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and social media purposes.
