Our Open Play is about learning, improving, making friends, and having fun! Please help us keep the games organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

1. No Paddle Stacking
Matches will be created in a web-based system or in Reclub. Please be ready when your name is called. No switching of players or partners per round to keep the round-robin fair.

🎯 2. Scoring
Standard scoring: 0-0-2.
We may use rally scoring when needed to maximize playing time.

🤝 3. Sportsmanship
No paddle throwing, bullying, cursing, or disrespectful behavior. Respect your teammates, opponents, and organizers. Win or lose, keep it friendly!

💳 4. Payment & Slot Confirmation
Pay when you have been placed in the waitlist NOT when you're still in Requested.
To secure slot, upload receipt in the chatbox and include your Reclub Player Names.

❌ 5. Cancellation & No Refund
No refund policy. If you can no longer attend, you may find someone to take your slot. Kitchen Dink Zone will not be responsible for finding your replacement. Please inform the organizer once you have found someone to take your slot.

🧹 6. Keep the Venue Clean and Respect Venue Policy
Please throw all trash in the proper bins and follow the Policy and Guidelines of the venue.

By joining to our Open Plays or any activity conducted by Kitchen Dink Zone, ALL participants/players acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and potential risk of injury. ALL participants/players voluntarily participate and release Kitchen Dink Zone, its organizers, coaches, staff, and venue partners from any liability for injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during or in connection with this activity. ALL participants/players confirm that are physically fit to play and agree that photos or videos taken during the session may be used for promotional purposes only.

Kitchen Dink Zone is not responsible for injuries or accidents during Open Play. By participating, you accept responsibility for your own safety and participation. Consult your physician for any medical concerns before playing. Your health must be your priority and your responsibility.
