⚠️ Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By confirming your booking and participating in D’SPIN Pickleball Club Open Play, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that pickleball involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health Declaration

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in sports activities. Should I experience discomfort or illness, I will immediately notify the organizers.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless D’SPIN Pickleball Club, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from my participation.

Club Rules

I agree to follow all posted rules and the instructions of organizers and court staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. D’SPIN Pickleball Club is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photo & Video Consent

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes. If I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, I will notify the organizers before the event.
