📌 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

1️⃣ WAITLISTED

• Players on WAITLIST may now proceed with payment to secure their slot.

• After sending your payment, kindly upload the screenshot of your payment to the “PAYMENT” tab.

• For “CASH” payments, kindly message the host to confirm your slot.

2️⃣ CONFIRMED

• Once your payment is verified, you will be confirmed to play.

💵 REFUND POLICY

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund.

• Late Cancellations & Bookings: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, as well as payments submitted within this timeframe, are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your slot to another person.

• Organizer Cancellations: If the organizers must cancel the event, all participants will receive a full refund.

🥒 OPEN PLAY FORMAT

• Race to 11 (sudden death) — first team to reach 11 points wins, no deuce.
• No pre-game drills — please enter the court ready to play to maximize game time.
