🚫 Rescheduling is only allowed at least 24 hours before the session.

✅ If only 1–3 players show up and games cannot proceed, affected players who arrived may reschedule to another available session of the same price. Sessions proceed with 4 or more players.

🚫 Confirmed and paid slots are strictly non-refundable, even for no-shows.

✅ Refunds are only allowed for paid waitlisted players who cannot be confirmed due to full slots.

▪️ Fixed Pairing is allowed during the SECOND HALF of OP only to ensure fair rotation.

▪️ Open to all levels! Skill-based matching when possible, but please be open to mixed-skill games and different partners.

▪️ Groups of 4 cannot occupy a court exclusively while others wait. Allowed only near the end of OP when court demand is low.

▪️ Play to 11 points to keep rotations moving. Deuce is allowed, but please don’t intentionally extend games to 15 points.
