• Slots are first come, first served until full.
• Please wait for your name to be added to the waitlist before sending payment.
• Once payment is received, your name will be moved to the confirmed participants list.
• Payments are non-refundable, but slots may be transferred to another player.
• If the meet is cancelled before it even starts or before reaching halfway due to unforeseen circumstances, payments will be converted into play credits for another schedule.
• If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 6 hours before the scheduled meet. Failure to do so will forfeit your slot, and no play credits will be issued.
