CATEGORY
* Eligibility: Open to players with a maximum DUPR rating of 2.99. NR (No Rating) players are welcome.
* Exceptions: Players rated up to 3.25 DUPR are accepted provided their DUPR reliability is 30% or below.

MATCH ORGANIZATION
Format: Round Robin/Cross-Bracketing (Fixed Partners)
* Players must compete with their registered partners throughout the entire event.
* The tournament features 2 brackets:
* Matches 1–5: Round Robin matches within each bracket.
* Match 6 (Cross-Bracketing): Placement match against the pair with the same rank from the opposite bracket (e.g., Rank 1 vs. Rank 1, Rank 2 vs. Rank 2, etc.).
* Each player is guaranteed 6 matches.

MATCH FORMAT
* Scoring: 1 set – Race to 11 (no sliding).
* Timing: 15-minute time limit per match (includes a 1-minute warm-up).
* Serving: Rock-paper-scissors determines the initial serve. Starting score: 0-0-2.
* Side Switch: Teams switch sides once either team reaches 6 points.
* Tiebreaker: If tied when time expires, the next point wins via rally scoring.
* Officiating: Self-officiated – honesty, integrity, and sportsmanship are expected from all participants.

🏆 RANKING & WINNER DETERMINATION
BRACKET RANKING (Matches 1–5)
Prior to Cross-Bracketing, pairs in each bracket will be ranked 1 through N based on their first 5 Round Robin matches using the following criteria in order:
* Total Wins: Based on ReClub standings from the first 5 matches.
* Total Points & Point Differential: Calculated from the first 5 matches as recorded in ReClub.
* Organizer’s Decision: Applied if a tie remains after reviewing wins and point differentials.

CHAMPION & RUNNER-UP (Match 6 - Cross-Bracketing)
The overall tournament winners are decided by the final 6th Match (Rank 1 Bracket A vs. Rank 1 Bracket B):

* 🥇 Champion: The winner of the final match between the #1 ranked pair of Bracket A and the #1 ranked pair of Bracket B.
* 🥈 1st Runner-Up: The loser of the final match between the two #1 ranked pairs.

REMINDERS
* ❗ All matches will be submitted to DUPR to update player ratings.
* ❗ All participants must have their DUPR accounts actively synced with ReClub.
* ❗ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before start time for registration and check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
* No cancellations allowed once confirmed.
* No refunds will be issued—slot transfer is the only available option.
* Slot transfers must be completed at least 48 hours prior to event start.
* The original player is solely responsible for finding a replacement.
* Matcha Dinkers will not handle monetary refunds. Any reimbursement must be settled directly between the original player and their replacement.

LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that Matcha Dinkers shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the event.
