Key Points to note :-
1. Request, Waitlist & Play Slot Confirmation
a) A ReClub request does not constitute a confirmed playing slot.
b) The Host reserves the right to manage requests, the Waitlist and the allocation of playing slots in the interest of orderly, efficient and fair session management to ensure an enjoyable and harmonious experience for all. The Host’s decisions shall be final.
c) Please DO NOT make payment until your name has been moved into the Waitlist by the Host.
d) Payment is due immediately upon being moved into the Waitlist.
e) Any payment made before being moved into the Waitlist is considered an unapproved payment and is strictly non-refundable.
f) A playing slot is confirmed only upon uploading a valid proof of payment via the ReClub Payment Tab.
g) Playing slots are confirmed on a First Valid Payment Uploaded, First Confirmed basis, based solely on the ReClub upload timestamp.
h) Once all available slots have been confirmed, any subsequent payment may not secure a playing slot and the player will remain on the Waitlist.

2. Payment Method & Proof of Payment
a) Pay via Touch ’n Go DuitNow or QR Code (refer to the Payment Tab).
b) Copy and paste the Payment Note into your payment reference.
c) Upload your proof of payment via the ReClub Payment Tab immediately after payment.

3. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
a) Payment for a confirmed playing slot is strictly non-refundable.
b) Cancellation of a confirmed slot is only allowed with at least 12hrs before session start time by clicking “Can’t Go” but payment is not refundable, only allowed to reschedule within 28 calendar days from the original session date.
c) Payment made from the Waitlist is also non-refundable. However, if no playing slot is secured, the payment may be utilised as credit for any future PPL session within 28 calendar days from the original session date.
d) Any unused session credit will automatically lapse after 28 calendar days from the original session date.

4. Social Play System
a) Three courts (#9, #10 & #11) are available for Open Play. Court allocation is managed to ensure balanced skill levels and an enjoyable playing experience.
b) The paddle stacking system is in force. The Host may adjust paddle stacks to ensure smooth rotation and balanced games.
c) Games are generally played using the Race to 15 Rally Scoring System. Alternative scoring formats may be adopted when necessary, depending on player turnout and courts availability.
