Welcome to a fun and friendly pickleball environment!

Before joining todays open play, we’d like to share a few guidelines to help keep our games organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

1. We provide one ball per court. Once the ball gets damaged, players will need to use their own ball, so please bring one just in case.

2. Please do not send payment once slots are full. Any payment sent without a confirmed available slot will be fully refunded.

3. We gladly accept both online payments and cash.

If you're paying in cash, we'll send a confirmation message 3 hours before the meet. If we don't receive a response within 1 hour, we'll have to place your slot on the waitlist so we can accommodate players who are ready to confirm and pay.

4. If you can no longer attend, please help us find someone to take your slot, especially if there are players on the waitlist.

Refunds will only be given if your slot is successfully replaced. If there is no replacement, we won't be able to process a refund since the slot was already reserved.

5. Most importantly, enjoy the game, respect everyone, and let's keep the court a fun, friendly, and welcoming space for all players.
