💰📢 PAY-BEFORE-PLAY POLICY ‼️

Please read carefully to secure your slot.

1. Reserve via Reclub.
Submit your reservation through the Reclub event. Initial approval does not guarantee a confirmed slot.

2. Pay to confirm your slot.
The registration fee is ₱300 per player. Slots are confirmed on a first-pay, first-confirmed basis once payment has been received and verified.

3. Submit your proof of payment.
Send your payment receipt in the group chat or upload it under the Payment Receipt tab on Reclub for verification.

4. Unpaid players may be moved to the waitlist.
If the event reaches capacity, unpaid players may be moved to the waitlist to accommodate players ready to secure their slots.

5. Only confirmed players may play.
Only players with verified payments will be included in the final player list and allowed to play. Additional slots may be opened depending on court capacity and player rotation.
