Looking for a fun way to stay active, meet new people, and learn something new? Join us for our Ultimate Frisbee session!

Whether you're completely new to the sport or already have experience on the field, this session is designed for all skill levels. We'll be focusing on skills development, including the basics, fundamentals, drills, and game simulations, with activities tailored to help both beginners and advanced players improve and enjoy the game.

No prior experience needed! Just bring your energy, willingness to learn, and team spirit!
