📅 Game Schedule

• Games are scheduled well in advance and posted automatically in Hot Shots Cool City RECLUB.
• You can choose your preferred schedule via the calendar.
• Fee: Php 450.00

🏟 Court Allotment

• Target ratio: 7 players per court
• Playtime: 3 hours
• Goal: everyone gets a challenging game 💪

📝 Registration

• Request to join via RECLUB.
• First-to-pay, first-to-confirm.

💰 Payment Rules

• Payments confirm your slot: first-to-pay, first-to-confirm.
• Upload proof of payment in the RECLUB app only.

❌ Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation allowed up to 72 hours before game time.
• Beyond this, no refunds.
• Can’t attend? Find your own replacement (yes, you can SELL your slot).
• Refunds only apply if admins cancel the game.

📋 Other Rules

• NO WALK-INS ALLOWED
• Respect the skill-level stacker during games.
