PICKLE JAR COURTS – WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By using the facilities, equipment, or services at Pickle Jar Courts, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that playing pickleball and participating in other recreational activities at the Facility carries certain inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, slips and falls, collisions with other players, equipment malfunctions, heat-related illnesses, and exposure to communicable diseases. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability
I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, discharge, and agree not to hold liable Pickle Jar Courts—along with its owners, staff, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates—for any injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage that may result from my use of the Facility or participation in its activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pickle Jar Courts and its representatives against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise out of my actions or participation in any activities at the Facility.

4. Medical Treatment
If I am injured or experience a medical emergency while at the Facility, I authorize the staff or emergency personnel to provide or arrange for any necessary medical care. I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such treatment.

5. Photo and Video Consent
I give Pickle Jar Courts permission to take and use photos or video recordings of me during activities at the Facility for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes, without any compensation.

6. Rules and Conduct
I agree to follow all Facility rules and posted guidelines, and to comply with the directions given by Facility staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the Facility without refund or recourse.
