• Players added to the PARTICIPANTS list must settle payment immediately to secure their slot.

• ⚠️ Please wait until you are added to the WAITLISTED list before sending payment. This helps us avoid confusion with slots and payments.

• Send your proof of payment in the event chat.

• 💳 FIRST PAID, FIRST SECURED — your slot is only confirmed once payment is received.

• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, but paid slots are TRANSFERABLE, unless the event is cancelled.

• Please inform the organizers if you are transferring your slot.
