REMINDERS

1. After requesting to join, your status will be ON HOLD. You may secure your slot by sending your payment, provided slots are still available. First to pay, first confirmed.
2. You can check your status under the Participants tab.
* CONFIRMED – Payment received; your slot is secured.
* ON HOLD – Request received but payment not yet made.
* WAITLISTED – All slots are full. Please wait for an available slot.
3. Send your GCash payment then upload your payment receipt using Upload Payment at the Payment tab.
4. If you’re paying for a guest without a Reclub account, please send the payment proof in the event chat.
5. If you’re on the WAITLIST, do not send payment until you’re informed that a slot has opened.
6. Balls will be provided. Don’t have a paddle yet? No worries—we have paddles you can borrow for free.
7. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for registration, warm-up and stretching.
