Indemnity & Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in any The Dinkback Crew event, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Participation is entirely at your own risk (pickleball is fun, but accidents can happen).
2. The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident sustained during the event.
3. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and agree to stop playing immediately if you feel unwell or injured.
4. You agree to follow all event rules, court rotations, and instructions given by the organizers to ensure fair play and safety for all participants.
5. You consent to photography and videography taken during the event, which may be used by The Dinkback Crew for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation.
