📌Play Format & Guidelines
AUTOMATED SYSTEM
•Players will be grouped and matched through PickleQ to ensure balanced games, fair rotations, and maximum court time.
SCORING
• Standard Open Play scoring
• Please play fair and make honest line calls
• Encourage and support newer players
• Good sportsmanship is expected from all participants

⚠️ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of play for check-in and match setup.

• Players added to the WAITLIST must settle payment immediately to secure their slot.
• Once payment has been sent, please upload your proof of payment in the event chat for verification.
• Upon verification of payment, players will be moved from the WAITLIST to the PARTICIPANTS list.
• Only paid players will be added to the PARTICIPANTS list.
• Slots are confirmed on a FIRST PAID, FIRST CONFIRMED basis.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE.
• Slot transfers must be coordinated with the organizers.
• Unpaid slots may be released to other waitlisted players.

Players voluntarily participate at their own risk and agree that BOOMING DINKERS Club, its organizers, staff, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play and are encouraged to play within their skill level and personal limits.
